After calling local glass companies to replace my windshield, I found that Safelite was considerably cheaper (over $300 cheaper) and the warranty was a perk. They filed my insurance for me which was a huge help. Scheduling the appointment was easy. The operator on the phone was easy to talk to and to understand. The technician arrived on time. He had great customer service. He did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.
The only thing I did not like was that they no longer come to my town (which is only 20 miles from Abilene, Texas). They used to travel outside of Abilene, but no longer do. I did have to meet them in Abilene for the services, but even with that, it was still worth it.

Prompt, Professional, Polite. Travis arrived as per appointment time and did a great job. He even vacuumed the front floor in the cab! I will call him for all window work on my vehicles.
