ROBLES ROOFING

Prompt, very courteous. Was some confusion, I thought he was going to replace some rotten wood under the eve but he didn't, said he replaced wood on top and it wouldn't leak but the rotten wood over my patio is not pleasant to look at. Also they had to trim some trees that where overhanging and they left the limbs laying on ground. I am 77 year old widow and have no way to remove the limbs. The roof looks neat and professional but it hasn't rained yet so hoping it's as good as it looks. Mostly I am very pleased with the work and professionalism and probably would use them again with a clear understanding up front.

I called for an estimate and Mr. Robles was very prompt and courteous. We accepted his bid and the work took about three days. His workers were very polite, cleaned up all the debris each day. Mr. Robles was on site several times to inspect his workers and touch base with myself. Overall, very pleased.

For the estimate, Mr Robles arrived. He was honest and professional. I trusted him right away. His son in law did most of the roof and was just as professional. It rained for a couple of days but they worked as long as possible before leaving to come back when the rain lifted. This business doesn't disappoint. I would use them again in a heartbeat. I will tell my friends and relatives what a pleasant experience it was working with Robles Roofing. Quality people that did a quality job.

Quick and complete

I had made a deal for Robles Roofing to repair the front of my roof in
June of 2012. Mr Robles himself came to give the estimate. I appreciated
matter of fact approach. I decided to let them do the work. He was
availible for all my questions and was prompt to keep in touch with me
on scheduling the job. After the job was completed, Mr Robles gave some
suggestions on things I should do to preserve my roof. There have been
no problems the three months since the work was done. I am satisfied
with the job, and found the company to be efficient.

They took the estimate and they were out here in a few days. They did a good, quick job. They cleaned up and were out of here.
