Very well.

Initially our experience with this company was good. They were prompt and courteous in their service. They did the best they could do to provide insurance that was compatible. At this point it was Mr. Villarreal who handled our insurance policy.
Our problem began when we wanted to look at other insurance providers instead of renewing with our current provider. We were dealing with Mr. Villarreal's employee and were content to let him shop the other companies he represented right up until the point where he lied to us.
Our vehicle is under a lease program and because of that it has certain requirements that make it hard to find compatible insurance. We told the employee that he could price shop and that we would also be doing our own shopping. He told my husband that we should not attempt to insure our vehicle anywhere else because the dealer ship where we got our vehicle at would not allow us to change insurance agents and that if we went elsewhere they would take our vehicle. He also claimed to handle 80% of the insurance policies for this particular lease program.
We went straight to the dealership and spoke with employees and owner and discovered that this was not the case. In fact one individual at the dealership informed us where they insure through and they would never recommend anyone to go to this agent much less force them to stay with this agent. I found this behavior abhorrent due to the fact that this insurance company caters to those who are trying to reestablish their insurance history. They expect you to fall for their lies and not follow them up. Once the lie was confirmed we have opted to go elsewhere for our insurance needs.
My review is not a direct reflection of Mr. Villarreal himself, as my dealings with him have been great, it is when one has to deal with his main employee that the issues begin to start. There is a marked difference in treatment when Mr. Villarreal is present versus when he is not.
