Service was really great. WHEN it was performed! From time to time, on a regular basis, the company would NOT pick up the trash! there would be NO EXPLAINATION, NO APOLOGY, NO RESCEDULING, NO ADJUSTMENT on my bill, NO ANYTHING! I would have to contact the company, if I wanted to RESCHEDULE my trash pick-up for another day. ASSUMING I always had the time to contact the company, try & explain to the situation to office staff on what was going on, & know just EXACTLY when I would have the time AGAIN, to be able to put the trash out for pick-up!
