I scheduled a meeting for an estimate on electrical work. I had to call after waiting for 10 minutes past the appointment time only to be told he had forgotten about our appointment. I had to wait approximately 45 minutes for him to arrive. I was told I would receive an estimate via email within the week and I never received the estimate. No effort has been made to earn my business so I've had to go with another contractor.

He was very professional, on time, and finished the job. He actually taught me alot about electricity, such as why my breaker tripped, and how to prevent it from happening in the future. He set up one room so I could plug in my night light.
