It went great! Cindy was great from the start with getting in touch with me and scheduling the time. Punctual, and the service was so quick. Saves me time from dropping him off at a groomer, especially since I work - Cindy is wonderful!

I made an appointment to get my dog groomed. On the day of the appt. I called her and she said she was running late and said she would be here by 4 o'clock. A few minutes before 4 I called her and she said she was running behind because there was fog that morning and she had to spend extra time on a couple of dogs. She said to call her later in the day to reset the appt. I called and left a message. I called again the next day and left another message. I still haven't heard from her. I can understand running late, but I don't know why she didn't return my call.

Since this was the first time this dog had be clipped by a groomer I was expecting a lot of problems. This didn't happen!! Cindy was great!! She made friends first with Teddy and then did an amazing job on him!!! From a sad, matted dog came a great looking little buddy!!!! AMAZING!!!!
