I went to Orig-Equip to see about installing a replacement bumper and grill guard, all the online searches I had previously done said that the item that I wanted was not made for my model of truck (Ranch Hand Summit on a 2011 Toyota Tundra Platinum). Orig-Equip stated that the part would require minor modification and that it would be no problem. They had the part in stock, but I had to come back later to have it installed as I had other errends that had to be run. I made an appointment for Monday at 9:00am. On the appointed day and time I showed up, there was no problem getting in and the installation took almost exactly the estimated time (2 hours). The modifications amounted to drilling holes for front mounted parking senders, the senders have worked perfectly after installation and I have had no problems with my truck or my new bumper. They even returned the old bumper, protectively wrapped in the paper that the new bumper came in.
