They have changed ownership and their attitude changed.

MY SON HAS PTSD WHICH CAN LEAD TO VIOLENCE IF NOT HANDLED WELL.
ANDI, DONNA and HER STAFF LOVED AND SUPPORTED BOTH OF US THRU IT ALL! THEY HELPED US LEARN UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR FROM HIM ISN'T TOLERATED BUT UNDERSTOOD. HE LEARNED TO MAKE CHOICES THAT HE WAS READY TO ACCEPT CONSEQUENCES FOR. MOST OF THE TIME THEY WERE FAIR UNLESS NEW TEACHER THEN WE TAUGHT THEM HOW TO HANDLE THINGS DIFFERENTLY.
CHILDREN WANT/NEED/MUST HAVE/DESERVE ATTENTION, LOVE, ACCEPTANCE FOR WHO THEY ARE, UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT THEY'RE GOING THROUGH AND MORE LOVE! AS LONG AS ANDI OWNS OR IS INVOLVED WITH THIS DAYCARE I KNOW THAT WILL HAPPEN!
WHEN/IF WE HAVE ROUGH TIMES JUST HAVE TO RUN BY THERE TO GET SUPPORTED!
I'M SAD THAT SON IS TO OLD TO ATTEND ANYMORE BUT HE EARNED THE ABILITY TO NOT AND HE HAS BEEN ABLE TO HAVE SUCCESS NOW AT YMCA AFTER-SCHOOL CARE.
THANK YOU WILL NEVER BE ENOUGH FOR THE GRATITUDE I FEEL FOR LITTLE RASCALS! I WISH THEM THE VERY BEST WITH CONTINUED GROWTH and SUCCESS!

It was good at the beginning, but got worse the more I had to interact with the director and her mother the assistant director. The assistant director got stressed because when I arrived she was short a teacher. Her frustration and tone was not at all pleasant. We got into an argument because she said I was late and I told her the usual teachers know that on Fridays I come in later than usual because I only have one class. However, the teacher in my child's class was new. They seem to have a high turn-over rate. The teacher's kept changing. When my child started biting, the director made a comment that she was going to move her to the one-year old room, where they would hit or bite her back. One day, when I arrived to pick-up my daughter there was a police car parked in the front. A man, possibly drunk, walked in and started harassing one of the teachers in a classroom. This childcare facility keeps their doors unlocked to where anyone can just walk in. I would definitely check out the security of the facility before enrolling next time. Also, they do not provide anything for the infants. You have to bring your own food, milk, diapers, wipes, tissues, etc. That is not worth it for the price you have to pay. Plus, the teachers get stressed with all the different foods that they have to feed to each baby. I tried to keep it simple, but one teacher told me she didn't know how to make baby cereal, so I showed her. As the time went on, I got more and more frustrated with the care my child was receiving and worried for her safety, especially since the director thought it would be better for my child to get bit by another child than to have the teachers watch her or redirect her behavior to make sure she didn't do it again.

Overall, I'm satisfied with this child care facility. The teachers in my child's class were quick to make suggested changes relating to my child. The center looks clean and the room looks like a safe environment for my child to grow and learn.
