Repaired shower leak, but still had problems at another location in the pipe.  Owner advised that slow drainage throughout the house was due to an old sewer line and recommended replacement at $2,800.  The house was built in the '50s.  About 8 months later, I called to schedule sewer line replacement and the quote was still good.  The crew came out in two weeks to begin replacement.  It was a rainy period, so took about two weeks to complete the job.  The sewer line passed inspection.  At the same time, the disposal needed debris cleared and the same shower tub faucets needed to be adjusted to prevent water from leaking behind.  Owner did not charge since it was the result from the previous service call.  The tenant advised the crew was friendly and professional.  The owner kept me and the tenant informed of progress. 

Since I live in another town than the service property, would like to receive a contract and invoice by email.  Also, would like option to use business credit card to manage rental property expenses.  U.S. mail and paper check methods are not a problem, but prefer electronic methods.  I will use K&K again.
