Their diagnosis proved correct. I was quite impressed with their honesty so returned for a radiator flush and new coolant. They completed the service promptly and were quite attentive in assuring I had a ride home and return for pickup with their courtesy vehicle. Although quite expensive (as are all shops (they work from a flat rate book)), I feel they are the best choice for repairs.

The manager of the collision repair group was the type of individual that seems to possess the unique qualities of expertise and knowledge with a personality that engenders a comfort and trust that seems to have disappeared in this automated age. I know he didn't pound the dents out personally but believe he saw to it that the work done in his shop was of the most professional manner. The repairs made the vehicle look like new. The costs was in line with other quotes as one would expect in this flat-rate world so this and future needs will certainly be done by this group. This was our second repair and both experiences were ones that would move me to recommend them to anyone who inquired.

The vehicle is a Ford and Jim Bass collision and supply is a Ford dealer and the vehicle is old enough that that was about the only place we could get the lens for the tail light. Usually we use them for anything we have done on our 2 Ford vehicles. This was the only time we really had a problem with them. Their billing was messed up this time. We had to go back and pay extra. They didn't charge us for the lens. They charged us for everything else but did not charge us for the lens. I personally know one of the people in the service department so I feel that we get a pretty fair deal overall. We have extended warrantees and they honor the warrantees.
