The service to the system was very good, but it was near impossible to contact HRH. The phone would always go to voice mail. I did leave messages, but it did take 10 days to 2 weeks to receive a return call. Fix this major flaw and HRH would greatly improve their ratings.

Our system is old and we just could not find the cause of the leak. Ray came the day I called. After checking system he could not explain the leak but he had a very simple and cheap fix. He assured us we had ample water pressure to run the drip tubing from another valve so he capped the leaking valve and adjusted the remaining valves to improve efficiency. I connected the two sections and everything works well.
