Dry Cleaning Service
Worst experience I have had with a dry cleaner. Comforter was ruined with stains and burn marks from their iron press. Manager refused to admit the damages were done by the cleaners, though he did agree that the blanket was not ruined when I gave it to them...a position he has since reversed. Manager called me a liar and asked that I leave his store and not come back.
Awful customer service, quality, integrity, etc. I can't emphasize enough how disappointed I am. Now we are in the hole $150 as we have to replace the comforter.
