I was working with Harvest to tear down the existing garage and build a new garage with an apartment over it. Harvest worked with me to come up with a plan and took the plan to the city. The city did not want to approve the permit even though they had already approved a similar garage apartment one block from our house. At this point is our dealings another opportunity presented itself so I did not go forward with the garage apartment. Had this opportunity not presented itself I would have moved forward with Harvest.

They were the original builder of our home. He's always been prompt, and reasonably priced. I will use him in the future.
