Had a lot of flexibility since we hadn't moved into the house yet. Showed up when promised. Estimate right on. Wasn't the lowest and it wasn't the highest, but he came with the best recommendations from others. Had a small crew of himself and 2 others. He did a great deal of the work himself. He didn't ask for any payment up front. He was bonded and insured and had a long business record. Very flexible with requests for additional work such as replacing doors. Did quality work and used quality paint. Only sprayed the ceilings the rest was rolled or painted with brush. Removed all fixtures and patched all holes before painting, then re-installed everything. Couldn't tell where any repairs were made. Did a walk through before and after work. Immediately corrected anything that needed it. Guarantees his work.
