they put 4 brand new tires of my mother's van and they ended up cross treading the tires. I will not use their service again and would not recommend them to anyone.

It went well, they are prompt very courteous, provide the service I want, don't try to push an up-sell by offering services I was not in the store for and they sold a quality product.
They are busy on Fridays, try to go earlier in the week.
They offer to send email reminders for tire rotation. This is helpful.

Discount tires looked at my current tires, went over several different brands and prices that would work for me. I like it that they fully answer my questions and that I receive one on one help prior to work being performed. This store is located next to a nice restaurant, and I walked over to eat while they worked on my vehicle and they called or texted me when it was ready. I like their business model and the pr ompt work they do.

They are extremely responsive and if you have a problem they give you what they can consider the best options and they are willing to work with you on trying to find the best deal for you if money is an issue. They don't ever push you to buy new tires, if you need them they recommend them but they aren't constantly trying to sell you tires. When you come in to rotate tires they see the amount of tread you have left, they are good at communication. They have free bottled water and coffee available also, you can walk right up and get it yourself! We have been extremely pleased with them, we used a different tire company prior to using Discount tires, we wanted a company that was reasonable, and service oriented and Discount Tires definitely fits that bill!
