No one answered the phone. I kept calling several times throughout the day but received no answer on the phone. How do they expect to get business??

They couldn't fix the t.v and they took it with them but they were too late when I got a call from BestBuy that t.v can't be fix and told me to get a new one with my warranty card but they told me they're still waiting to get the part, so there's a lack of communication between BestBuy and with them.
