CLOE SOLIS

After moving to San Angelo, TX (It was a permanent change of station -PCS- for me as I'm in the Army), I decided that rather than continue paying the ridiculous amount of rent I was paying that I would look around at buying a house. I asked for more info on a couple houses I saw on a couple websites. Cloe Solis, of Remax Advantage, was the only agent to respond. She provided me with more information than I could have hoped for on that particular house. She also was very diligent about staying in contact with me and finding other houses for us to look at that were in my price range and the area I was looking for. This was great for me since I tend to be a procrastinator. After we found a house to buy, Cloe was a great negotiator and all about protecting the client (me). Even after the previous owners changed closing, twice, Cloe managed to persuade them to move things along. The previous owners had even planned to stay in the house for around a month AFTER the closing. At closing, Cloe had managed to ensure that the commission she received would not have to be paid by myself, but by the sellers. That saved me thousands of dollars. Cloe is an excellent negotiator and works very hard for her client (me) to get them what they want and deserve, while protecting them from being taken advantage of (especially first time home buyers like myself). Cloe is very passionate about her work, the individual she's working for and I hope to stay in touch with her for a long time to come. I also plan on having her help me rent out the home after my next PCS, whenever that might be. One more thing - after the closing she brought me by the house where there was a large sign hung that read "Welcome Home Debora!" She had went to all my new neighbors' houses too and they had signed it! Very Cool!
