I liked dealing with the owner himself. He was straight forward and honest with me. I think their prices are very competitive. I have recommend him to others.

Roofing crew showed up a day later than scheduled due to a delay encountered on anther job. I had to call the office to get this information rather than them calling me to inform me that the crew would be late.
They did a great job in not only replacing the roofs but installing new flashing where needed and replacing three wind turbines.
They kept us informed on the progress and cleaned up completely after they finished.
The bill we received could have been a little more detailed other than "new roof".
This is the second time we have used this particular company in the last ten years and would use them again if needed.

Arrived promptly when promised and finished the job in one day with good cleanup and followup calls to insure we were happy

These guys were great!  Showed up at the promised scheduled time for estimates and the jobs.  Outstanding customer service.  Very friendly and extremely prompt.  ALL contractor should emulate what Jim Cain is doing.  The most pleasent experience EVER dealing with a contractor.  Delivers on his promise.  I would definately recommend to anyone.

The are amazing.  They do construction and roofing.  I found them on Angie's List.  They put a temporary roof where I had a water leak at no charge on 2 parts of my roof.  They came out at the same time as my insurance to do an assessment and they convinced my insurance to do a more thorough look  They got them to really dig deep and to get the most for my money.  They were kind of like an advocate for me with the estimate on the roof.  The gentleman who called me has already called 4-5 times to make sure I was getting what I needed from the insurance company so continuous follow up.  He's a very very sincere guy, he bends over backwards for me.   He treats you like a person, not like just another job.  He's very personable.   I would use them again and recommend them.

It rained a couple of times, and it hasn't leaked; so I am happy.  My experience was great.  I like that they came when they said they would come.  They made an appointment on time.  They were here whenever they said at that point of time.  They took care of the repair the first time they came.  They didn't have to set up a time to come back later.  I was really pleased with the price too.  I thought it was fair too.

The price was reasonable. They were quick!
