 + -1 moreThey didn't show up at the appointment time, when I called they had to get back to me and then said they had double booked and he would be there shortly. When he arrived, he measured, said he would get back to me in a day or two and I never heard from them again. I don't remember the exact date of this but it was in early fall, I was so angry but I refuse to call a business who doesn't follow through since I'm the one paying it should be there responsibility to keep in touch. I feel if a business doesn't respond when they should they feel they either don't want my business or don't need my business. I went to another business down the street from them and had excellent service.
Description of Work: Someone came out to my house to measure for tile in two bathrooms, a dressing room and an entry hall.
