Well. They came out did treatment, did second treatment . Had a few more pest did another treatment and it was resolved.

After the initial inspection of the crawl space under the house:
The technician provided a plan with cost to take care of the infestation.
Regular follow ups were set up until the problem was resolved.
Communication with there office and technician was excellent.

I like Bug Express because they handle our contact electronically. They send me an e-mail when our home is due for extermination services. They are courteous, quick to get the appointment made, and the technician was prompt.

They do any and all pest and varmint control. They have sprayed my house for termites, flees, and ticks. They did a preventative treatment for grubs and bed bugs. They caught some mice that were in our storage shed and they caught a huge rat. My house is out in the country. They came out and were knowledgable of every problem that I had. They were extremely professional in everything that they did. They offered me free house calls where they come back and check up on everything. They were cheap.

I called them and they were out that day. They took care of the problem I had and come back to look at it every quarter. They're courteous and inexpensive.

.They are veyr professional and give us details if they discover anything and what would be the best way to handle it and then allow us to decide what we want done. I am very happy with them and will continue to use them.

They have always been really good. The guys are very friendly. They are very quick. They are very efficient. I would definitely recommend them. I have a big area, so they charge $80 for three months. Honestly, I don't have a lot of company here in San Angelo; but actually, I have used a different company for several years and they went out of business. Someone recommended Bug Express to me. They are always on time. When I need an appointment, they don't cancel it or reschedule it. The guys are very fast and are extremely efficient, so I really appreciate that. They are about average in price.

The technician was right on time, and asked me questions about any problelms I was having. I showed him my sticky traps and he viewed them carefully, identified the insects, etc...for me, and told me what he could do to help with the issue. He then thoroughly sprayed the interior of the house, followed by the exterior and garage, and finally went up in the attic and sprinkled granules up there.He was very personable, very professional. Told me exactly what he was doing, why, and the effects it would have. He then put out his own sticky traps and told me if I had any further issues with the insects to contact them and they would be right out to take care of it.

I was very impressed with the phone conversations I had with the office staff, and the professionalism of the onsight technician. I have signed up for their three month service.

The company representative arrived on time and went about pesticide application, inside and out, quietly and efficiently. When the job was completed a bill was presented for the amount previously agreed to without additional fees or trying to sell me something else.
