They were great for first couple cleanings, then I started to feel that they are leaving the house in a hurry. my house is generally clean, but that doesn't mean they don't have to touch the clean looking area as there still spots needs to be touched. Couple times, I've noticed the kitchen was left completely untouched. They once left the shoes unorganized, shoes were literally all around by
the door, when I came back from work that night, my first thought was the house had been broken into. I complained them about it and the next thing I heard from them was that after the employees saw my complaint email, they all quit, so she can't come anymore, because she has no team.

I used this company for months, then one week they didn't show up anymore. They broke a glass pan, said they would replace it, which they didn't, broke a few other things and was not notified. They did really great for a while and then that was it.

They have been absolutely fantastic. They are coming back again this Friday. They are very thorough. They are crew of 5 people and of all the cleaning services I have used this one is probably the most professional.
