This is one talented contractor. He actually listens to what you want and provides a fair price. He is incredibly punctual and realistic. I had a laundry-list of things to remodel on our property, and he worked with me for 6 months so that I could space out the costs. He was so accommodating when I needed to use a VA land loan, and always followed-through on his promises. He uses regular sub-contractors that he obviously has excellent working relationships with. He never pressured me into anything, and he is a genuinely nice person. Always felt comfortable leaving him to his work when I was not around. Rusty is my new go-to for anything that I will need done in the future...Keep in mind- the 60K sounds like a lot, but he did a TON of work- its like a new house!
