They have groomer there named Kay. She's our primary groomer and she is amazing. She takes her time with the animals and she's very gentle. She treats them as if they are her pets. She really loves these animal and you can tell because when an animal passes away she literally is upset by it. She has a bond with the clients and their pets. She does an amazing grooming job. I have a St. Bernard and he slobbers when he drinks water, so his neck is always wet and brown from dirt. She is the only one that gets it white again. She really works hard on those dogs. I've taken them other places, but they have not done nearly as good a job as she has. She goes above and beyond. They're also a boarding facility, which we've used. They're very good at their boarding facility as well.

The dogs were well cared for but we only needed 3 nights but had to pay for 4 because they don't open on Mondays, which caused our puppy to miss his training class (which cost us also). We also thought the prices were a tad bit overpriced but we were under the gun because all the other places we called were full so we really didn't have a choice. The young lady at the front desk was super nice and she gave us a walk thru of the place, which was nice and clean. Our babies stayed in an indoors room which had A/C.. Although they are a bit far from us, we would use them again.

They do dogs and cats, both. They have the daycare and the boarding and the grooming. When we board her, we get her a suite that has a puppy door and a little private outdoor area. I like the facility because she is used to a puppy door and she can go outdoors. With the grooming hey do a really good job and the people are really nice. And she gets to play with other puppies.
