One of the trees died and they tried telling me it was not and didn't need to be replaced. Then, shortly after, all three trees this company planted died. I was so fed up with the company in general that I didn't want to even call them back to have them come back out. They left horrible clay dirt in garden. They also did not switch out the soil before replacing.

They were also terrible at returning phone calls when I needed anything. I ended up having to find a cell phone number for a worker myself just to get a response.

I was not happy with the finish product at all.

Showed up to do an estimate for a landscaping job. Took measurements. Never heard from them again.

Chick did a great job on the swimming pool. No instructions provided for the $38,000 pool, just a 30 min go over. No follow up on the pool or landscaping. It's like once they received their money they don't give a d***

I've used them before as well. They are local. The guy came out and gave us an estimate. They presented themselves to be very professional and trustworthy.

very professional. showed up on time, very good work. pleased with the job that they did. hard part was getting them out when walkway needed repairs. took six months to get customer service to repair side walk. had to write to the bbb to get them to respond. they said they did not think it was as bad as i was saying, which tells me they did not take me seriously when i was asking them to repair my walkway.

This company was recommended to me at the Bell County Home Expo. I had them lay sod in my backyard after conferring about problems I had with shady areas and no grass growing at all. They came and gave an estimate and recommended a specific kind of St Augustine to thrive in shade. I provided a soil test I had done at Aand M so they could analyze my problem.
They said they would till up the old grass, but ended up just hoeing some of it. The job was done in early July and looked fine, but they said they would provide fertilizer in a couple weeks. None ever came. After phone calls, messages left, and even a visit to their business, I finally got a return call in early September. Charles came out to inspect all my brown patches and simply said I wasn't watering enough, even though I had consistently watered the whole yard. I asked about fertilizer and he said he would drop off a bag, but again, none came. Bottom line, poor customer service and I still have a back yard with poor grass coverage and a huge water bill.Lai

They were very nice on the phone and said that they'd get back to me. The problem is that I haven't heard a thing since then. I ignored some bad reviews that I'd read about them, but they seem to be true.

They charged us separate for the landscaping. We thought their price was high.

They were professional. They did it in a timely manner. They did a great job. I would rate them highly.
