If you're in the market for excuses and disrespect, this is the provider for you. Our house is 2 years old, and this provider did the original A/C install. When we started using the system this year, it started leaking severely though our vents. We called this provider and worked for quite some time to get him out to the house (explaining that the leaking was damaging the dry wall). When he finally came, we were instructed to place buckets under the leaks and he said he would have to return and diagnose after "the system dried out". To make a very long and frustrating story short,he never returned despite many attempts to contact him and arrange his service. On our last attempt, he informed us "he was too busy and would not get to us" for 2-3 weeks. Mold had begun to form at this point. He was extremely disrespectful and curt with us. His excuse was "I am all by myself and can't get around to everyone who needs me". When I asked him if he didn't feel a bit responsible since it was his work we were trying to get fixed, (work he had been promptly paid for, might I add) he informed me that there were other jobs he had to work on, and he couldn't just stop what he was doing and fix our problem. This is despite the fact that we had been attempting to get him to fix this problem for about a month. The story has a happy ending, because we called another local provider (who we will post a review for soon), and they immediately recognized how serious the problem was and came over within hours...and they seem to be just as busy as Britt. Britt has "bitten off more customers than he can chew", and I do not recommend he be used until he gets more organized, hires some technicians, or finds some way to respond when the work he does needs fixing.
