ACCENTS OF SALADO

This was the worst experience that I ever had with placing an order on line! When my order arrived the box was not damaged at all. Unfortunately, it was a gift and it was not opened right away. When it was opened, the tail on the rooster was cracked off and it was chipped. This was very upsetting because I paid $119.00 for the item, it was my first time ordering from the company & the box was not damaged on the outside and it was clearly a packaging problem. When we looked at how the rooster was packaged there was no support underneath the tail. When I called about the problem, I spoke with whom I believe was the owner. Not only did she tell me that there was nothing that she could do this long after the order was placed, she didn't even apologize for the extremely poor service. Their return policy is very strict, however, there should be exceptions when the company is at fault. When I told the owner that I would not be ordering from her again, she hung up on me!
