Eagle Eye professional inspections take between two and a half to 4 hours. It’s a top-to-bottom review of the entire physical structure, the mechanical and electrical systems, including roof, ceilings, walls, floors, windows and doors. The inspector will scrutinize the built-in appliances, heating and air-conditioning system, examine the plumbing and electrical systems and crawl up into the attic and down into the crawl space taking notes and documenting findings with photographs.
