Highly professional and experienced. They did an awesome job of cleaning my stove insert and flue. and left the system cleaner than the last time I had it done a year ago. They left their vacuum cleaner in the garage and ran a long hose into where the stove is located, and they cleaned up after themselves. Thank you Joseph and Lupe! And than you Cindy for a great job handling the administrative side. You folks are now my go to company for all things related to fireplace insert and flue repair and cleaning.

Great staff and very patient with me. They were very careful during the removal. Cleaned up throughout and at the end. Did the complete removal over entire fireplace, piping, cap and chase cover in one day. I hope I never have to do such a project again, but if I do, I'll call Don Johnson with PCCS.

People did a great job. However, their customer service was bad because the man was unhappy with his coworkers and it showed when I asked how he was doing today. His reply was bad because of dumb coworkers.

Very impressive. I called for an inspection and they were there within 3 days. when I decided to have the work done, they came the next day. the work was completed within a few hours. the workers were very careful to cover all areas in my home that could be dirtied by their chimney cleaning and repair. highly satisfied. highly recommend.

The crew was extremely nice and professional, but also personable. They were patient, explained the issue and worked HARD through late hours to get job done. I loved dealing with this company. They were reasonable, friendly, and all out great to work with. I will DEFINITELY be using them every year to clean our chimney now that it's fixed and safe for fires, thanks to them! I highly recommend.

Very pushy to get us to sign for very expensive repairs he said we needed saying he would get in trouble if he went back to the office without the signature. He told us we didn’t need to be hesitant that it is not legit. Needless to say we did NOT sign his paper and paid him for the chimney cleaning he was called to do.

Our technicians review of the condition of your chimney was written down on your requested work proposal estimate this proposal is written for your safety and records. It's our way of having confirmation that these issues have been thoroughly discussed and a client-customer safety understanding has been established, so yes a client signature is requested, and we do stress our technicians to obtain one when possible when we feel an inspected chimney was in need of repairs before one could safely use it.
