+ -1 moreIT WENT WELL QUITE WELL ON THE FINAL DAY OF THE POUR, WITH FORMS PLACED BEFORE, AND CONCRETE POUR STARTING AT 10:30AM ON WEDNESDAY 04/06/2016. THE CREW CONSISTED OF 5 PERSONS. THE WEATHER HELP UIP GREAT WITH CLEAR SKIES AND 80 DEGREE TEMP. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED IN IT'S ENTIRETY AROUND 6PM SAME DAY. THE STAMPING TOOK A LOT OF EFFORT AS IT WAS ALL MANUAL HAND WORK AND NO MACHINE/EQUIPMENT WAS UTILIZED.THE POWDER WOULD BE GRINDED OUT ON THIS SATURDAY AND THE FINAL LOOK OF THE RED TERRACOTTA COLOR WOULD REVEAL ALONG WITH CREAM COLOR ACCENT. THE SLAB WAS SLOPED OUTWARD FROM THE HOUSE AT 1:12 SLOPE.
Description of Work: NORTH TEXAS CONCRETE THRU THEIR OWNER ALFONSO BARRON INSTALLED A STAMPED CONCRETE PATIO IN THE BACKYARD OF OUR HOUSE IN GRAND PRAIRIE ON 04/06/2016. THE AREA COVERED BY STAMPED CONCRETE WAS APPROX. 290 SFT, WITH 4" THICK SLAB, REBARS BOTH WAYS; 3000 PSI READY MIX; COLOR: DARK RED & CREAM; PATTERN WAS FLAGSTONE, COLORED NATURAL STONE WITH RED BORDER ALL AROUND. THE FEATURES WERE TWO RADIUSED ENDS AND ONE TREE SURROUND.
