The guy was very professional and explained to me everything before he did it. Reasonable cost and I had a discounted credit special which made it an even better value.

All is well except electrician eliminated a plug instead of tapping onto it to put in an additional plug. We are calling the contractor back to fix this error.

It was decided that a whole new circuit had to created and installed in the breaker box. They asked if I was going to install the new microwave. I said "at some point in time, after my back finishes healing from surgery". They offered to install it for me. It was no easy task at all, considering that the prior owner had jury rigged this to an exsisting outlet and the wall behind the unit was not flush. They had to make a lot of adjustments to make it fit properly and most importantly secure. It turned into a 5 hour job for them. Great job of cleaning up. They even put items back into the closet, and the cabinet above the microwave, that I had taken out so that they could install the new recepticle and get to the circuit panel in the closet. Just an overall great attitude and craftsmanship. The only person I will call for any other electrical work that might be needed in the future.

They work to try to find solutions and advise in some detail what they can do and if not why not.

Great work on time and budget

This company does excellent work and I would hire again without question. I rated less than perfect due to a delay that caused us not to get the job finished on our schedule. Lot of planning and scheduling before didn't help when their crew left to go to another job without finishing our job. New vanity lights meant repair and painting of sheet rock and since lighting didn't get done until 7 days later, our schedule was trashed. Crew chief claimed they tried to contact us to get permission to cut more holes in sheet rock and we finally got a text at the end of the day. We had an emergency at hospital which didn't allow us to get voice calls but we were getting texts. First text came after they had already left without finishing. Their Jonathan came a week later and did all the work perfectly but that delay really cost us. I would recommend when installing new lighting, it would be a good idea to give the electricians permission up front to get into the sheet rock as they deem necessary. To get the job done safely and according to code, you are going to have some patching and painting to do. If I had known they would stop prior to finishing, I would have said do what you have to do. Definitely some sheet rock work and painting required. The only thing that they did that was not excellent was the delay because they claimed they couldn't reach us. I don't think they tried really hard.

Mr.Veloz did a good job finding the problem in a timely manner-he had to go into the attic to complete the job-Upon completion we discussed future jobs including a new stove top and breaker box-he got estimates in a timely manner and their prices are very reasonable-I will call them again in the near future

They were here on time, kept me posted, and even went to get supplies needed after I had gotten the wrong one. My mom is 85, and is skeptical of strangers coming into her home(Guess its that age). She said they were so polite to her, and she is hard of hearing so they wrote things down they were doing. Nice folks! I love doing business with people I can trust to take care of my mom!

Jonathan and his assistant called me to let me know they were on their way and were right on time. Jonathan gave me the opportunity to purchase a new ballast for my existing kitchen light, but as I'd already purchased a replacement light and bulbs I had him do the replacement. They did a good job on the install and everything worked as it should. Same goes for switching out my deck light. It worked as expected. He informed me of an existing install issue from the builder, so that I'd be aware of possible issues in changing out bulbs. Good service.

They were able to accommodate all that work in about 4 hours. Originally planned to have it installed in 2 days. Extra help was called into assist to try to finish in one day and was thankful that it got accomplished. Highly recommended, fair pricing and professional install. Will use again to install ceiling fans and lighting needs in the near future.
