We called them they asked for a picture of model number, so to have the correct parts with them. They came out the next morning and walked us through the repairs and told us what the problem was. They had the part on them got it changed and now I can wash clothes. They also went over preventive maintenance for the machine. Very reasonable and friendly. Will definitely use again and tell all my friends.
