"If I may, reply to this post by (member name removed). Our Company installed the Clearstream Aerobic System in 2012. Clearstream is one of the leading systems on the market. Upon installation the wiring was not completed in the outside garage where the disconnect panel for the Aerobic System was to be placed. We were told to run the wiring inside the outbuilding and the electrician would connect it at a later date. We were called out about 3 months later to find the system overflowing. The electrical supply for the system was never connected and was sheet rocked covered. We had to cut the sheetrock to find the wiring for the system. The electrician had not hooked up the power to the system. After we found the problem, the system was connected by the electrician but was hooked up as 220 volt; this is a 110 volt system, thus burning up the pump. Clearstream warranted the pump and it was replaced free of charge. The owner of the property was notified several times that his cattle would have to be fenced out of the area where the spray heads were located. We even notified the County Environmental Department of the problem. Mr. Barker called October 23rd 2014, advising me that he was going to repair the broken spray head himself. The following week he called and stated that he needed a spray head replaced, I replied to him that I thought he was going to make the repair himself. When we sent our Tech out, the area looked like a destroyed muddy swamp. I advised our tech to take photographs and leave, that I was not going to work in that mess (cow feces, human waste , feces, & urine) and that I did not expect him to either. I then sent an e-mail to Mr. Barker advised him that we were not going to work on his system in those conditions. I also told him until he gets the cattle fenced out; he was going to continue to have problems. Photographs are available of the non-compliance of the owner if any customer or other inquiry would like to see how the owner took care of the system Contact Information: Thurman/Ballard Septic Solutions LLC Jim Ballard 903-821-1323 Grayson County Health Department Audra Burnett 903-813-4253 Clearstream Richard Corley 409-782-4354"
