I had a hot spot in my gas fireplace that caused it to burn unevenly. Paul was upfront over the phone saying he could refurbish my gas fireplace & help it look new again. He said he could do the work 4 days later. He quoted a price of $150, & after getting other quotes, I was pleased. He called 2 days out, like he promised. Paul, & his assistant Darrell, surprisingly arrived 15 minutes early. Paul could not do the actual work since he was having back issues, but he verbally assisted Darrell with the work. He inspected & made a few suggestions....more sand & rocks were added, the logs were brushed off, & redistributed for a more even burn. I was very pleased with the outcome. Both men were in & out of the house in 20 minutes.

Paul is very knowledgeable about gas logs and is very efficient at installing them. He modified the existing gas line in my fireplace by adding the appropriate fitting, then installed the gas logs and arranged the ember bed. The entire job was accomplished in a very short time and it exceeded my expectations. I am very happy with the result.

Paul was on time, fixed our gas fireplace quickly and efficiently. Definitely knew what he was doing. Would use him again for any of my fireplace needs.

Origionally I had intended to install the two sets of gas logs myself. After closer inspection, I realized there was no possible way for me to do it. So I called Woodhouse fireside and set a time for Paul to come do the job.
Paul was an absolute joy to work with. His attention to detail was second to none, and I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. Not only did he make my new gas logs look beautiful, but he showed up exactly at the appointed time.

Great fireplace makeover! Paul came to the house and re-worked my gas logs, added embers and lava rock. They look better than they did when they were first installed. He is truly a gas log and quot;artist.and quot;.
