Our short, medium and long- term arrangements are available depending on your budget and requirements. We specialize in deep cleanings and we also do windows inside and out, and offer exterior high-power washings. Our professionals are also trained in product usage and safety procedures. We work diligently to ensure that all cleaning is performed to the highest industry standards. To guarantee the highest level of cleaning services, we utilize quality control programs which include onsite inspections and customer surveys. We constantly monitor our work and should any area fail to meet our strict office cleaning standards, it will be corrected immediately. Sonia's Magical Cleaning Inc, is fully insured and bonded, providing liability and property damage coverage as well as employee bonding and all other applicable forms of insurance coverage. All employees are screened for your protection. They are neat in appearance and carry proper company identification. We take pride in the fact that we have been members of the Dallas Texas Better Business Bureau for the last 13 years and are very proud to maintain a super clean record which speaks for itself.

The initial cleaning was great! We were very impressed. We decided to set up weekly cleaning at a set day and time.
There were problems from the beginning with scheduled time but after a couple weeks they seemed to work that out.
Our scheduled day being Thursday, they cancelled service for the week of Thanksgiving, which was ok with us.
However the following Thursday, they did not show up at scheduled time with no call. We called Victor and he said they
were still behind due to holiday. He asked if they could reschedule for the following Monday, and we said yes.
Victor called the next day (Friday) and said his crew could be at our location in 30 minutes to clean, instead of
Monday. We could not make our office available at that time. Victor at that time said scheduling with us was a problem
and he could no longer do business with us. He dropped us on the spot with no notice. They have a good service but
poor management and professionalism.
ropertWhen they begin a new job, they do an initial and quot;top to bottomand quot; clean which is more expensive followed by scheduled maintenance. When we moved last summer, I was very happy with their move in cleaning.
