Pedro Estrada Concrete and Drains

Mr. Estrada and his colleague, Julio Mijares, are outstanding when it comes to repairing tile and pouring concrete. I got their names and contact info from a realtor who had used them before. Finding really good concrete professionals is very difficult, but I now know who to call in the future for any concrete work! Mr. Estrada diagnosed why the tiles were cracking and coming loose as a drainage issue (he also installs drains) from flower beds near the porch. and an insufficient expansion gap between the sidewalk and the porch. He recommended a new design for the flower beds as well as a new design for the sidewalk leading up to the porch which involved removing the stone border on the flower beds, removing and/or relocating some plants in the flower beds, moving two sprinkler heads, installing rebar and pouring concrete for the new sidewalk design, removing the cracked and loose porch tiles and replacing them and putting new grout where needed. They also put new grass where plants had been removed from the beds and replaced the stone border on the beds. I wish I had taken before and after pictures to compare how much better the porch and sidewalk look after Pedro and Julio were finished. The drive up appeal of the house has been improved significantly! They were very thorough in cleaning up after themselves, too. They are men of integrity, they work hard, and they are very friendly, too! We could not be more pleased with the work they did for us! From the initial meeting to the finished product, they are a pleasure to work with!
