Kevin did a great job of troubleshooting the existing alarm in our home. He was able to update the system and get it online with the HOA monitoring station quickly. Kevin took extra time to make sure I understood everything about the system (before my husband was leaving town). Maximus Security picked up the request quickly and handled the job professionally, and within the price range I expected. I highly recommend the company.

Maximus Security Services is a class act that provides five-star service. We attempted several times to get our previous security company to repair our existing hard-wired alarm service. The sensors and/or wiring had gone bad and the alarm would go off for no reason in the middle of the night, which was very... alarming (ouch I know that pun hurt). The previous company not only refused to repair their own system, but treated us with shocking disrespect and even belligerence. Unable to find anyone to repair a hardwired alarm system, we simply went without for about a year. Finally, we found someone who recommended Maximus. Kevin, the owner was knowledgeable, friendly, capable and willing to repair our old system. He was able to help even sooner than expected, and repaired our system rapidly also correcting our improperly assigned zones. And a bonus is he's are also very reasonably priced and HONEST. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
