Jeff completed two major projects in my house: the whole master bathroom remodeling and the enclosure of the semi open patio.  His rate is not the cheapest, but worth every penny. He is very professional, punctual diligent, and trustworthy. The people who work for him are excellent. I am planning to hire Jeff again for some interior painting in the nearest future. I would highly recommend this contractor. I am kind of surprised to see that Jeff does not have many reviews here. On the other hand he has plenty of work anyway?

Jeff came out and measured the windows and placed the order. In about two weeks the windows were delivered and Jeff started the installation. These were all going into brick openings, so there was some concern about damage to the brick columns separating the windows, but the installers were careful, and no damage to deal with. They used a minimally-expanding foam made just for windows to fill between the windows and brick, and then finished off with caulking. The work was finished on schedule, and the crew did a great job installing the windows and cleaning up after themselves. These windows all faced northwest, so we had a lot of sun/heat gain and cold north wind to deal with. That's now history. We love the windows and it's now quiet in that part of the house as a bonus. We just bought the house this year, and this was phase one of the window replacement project. We will definitely be using Taylor Construction and aluminum windows for phases 2 & 3.
