Home Inspection
We were very impressed with Mr. Howdeshell's attention to detail. He had a laptop and a portable printer with him, which he used to generate our inspection report. He went over the report with us item by item and clearly answered all our questions. Since this was our first home purchase, we greatly appreciated his "house-side manner." We came away from the experience with a list of maintenance repairs that the seller agreed to pay for.
