Express Foundation Inspection

Ken, the licensed Professional Engineer did an outstanding job. He used modern equipment to determine if my foundation was in need of repair. He went about his work in a professional, efficient yet friendly manner. I had confidence in his ability to provide an unbiased evaluation of my foundation. He promised to deliver the assessment by the following Tuesday and he met his promise. I called to ask a few questions and he answered them timely. I couldn't ask for a better service provider.

Very good experience. Ken is punctual, sincere, professional, explained my options to me, explained the methods of foundation repair and possible implications. He was very patient with all my questions. His report reflected exactly what he said it would. He told me I'd have his report within a week--I got it in 2! It was detailed with good diagrams and organized format. His price is competitive with other good structural engineers. His staff is also very polite and easy to communicate with. He happens to also have experience working with some of the best foundation companies in town. He doesn't work for them--they trust his work.

I like express foundation. I use them quite often. I can call them any time if I have a problem. Overall I am very happy with them.
