Connections Plus

I didn't use this business.

Howie and his staff at Connections Plus did an amazing job on the wiring for my home. Finished in about half the time expected and for about half the estimate. They did a fantastic job cleaning up too. The place looked like they were never here. They even found previously existing issues (and fixed them) that others missed. If I ever need any kind of wiring done again I'll no doubt call Connections Plus.

They did an excellent job from start to finish. The workmanship was very professional. Even hidden wiring was well organized and tie wrapped. We had one camera that quit working but they came right back out and replaced it.

Perfectly. At my request, their service extended to buying the big screen TV we agreed on and they were at my house the day the cable company came to expedite the installation of that service. Wiring throughout went great and the computer area looked amazing after they finished. I've had them back a couple of times for issues I have run into and all my friends use them, too.

The service of Aaron Foreman and the team at Connections + is pretty much what I call a "Lost kind of Service" in this day and age. They treat you with the utmost respect, are prompt with all calls and appointments,, and the most knowledgable in a field that changes and advances so quickly. They know the best products on the market and the worst, but what's wonderful is you can always trust that they will guide you towards what is best for you and your family's needs, not just what will make them the biggest bucks. (Like so many other companies out there.) If you want a service that you can trust in your home and will always be there to answer questions guide you correctly, and do a superb job then call Connections +!

They performed the job and provided training that exceeded my expectations. They were very knowledgeable in recommending the best solution and reasonable in costs. Connections Plus will continue to be our sound system resource. I know they will be professional and responsive.

They are knowledgeable, friendly and I would recommend them for installations, or any problems with your electronics. Both Howie and Clyde got our channels set up and we're very pleased that they were able to use the old antenna we have outside, and saved us not having to purchase a new one.

Howie seemed very nice and knowledgeable when he came out to look at our media room, and we were on a pretty tight timeline to wanting to get started, so before he left my house I was sure to ask when I could expect to see a proposal from him to include equipment and install.  This was on Friday, August 28th, and he said he would have it before the weekend was over.

Monday came, nothing, so I sent him and e-mail and text thanking him for coming out and letting him know I was looking forward to seeing his proposal, so we could potentially move forward.  Still nothing on Tuesday, so I called and spoke with April in his office, letting her know of when the proposal was promised and that I still haven't received it.  She said she would call Howie and get it over to me as soon as possible.

That was the last time I had any interaction with this company, still no proposal, but not even the courtesy of communicating back in any way, shape, or form.

It's not my intent to speak poorly of anyone, but as a consumer, I think it's my duty to give feedback like this because there are too many really good companies out there who bust their tails

It was an overall great experience. They were very friendly and helpful. I didn't think they would be able to put it in the attic and thought it might have to go on the roof (not something I want to see). They were able to make it work. Very pleased with product as well as install. Will use again.

He mounted the flat screen (which is not easy) and I am pleased with the accuracy of the mounting.  This also required new wiring from the TV to the stereo surround sound and blue ray player.  The equipment is over 6 years old but now sounds better than when we first purchased the system.  He not only moved the surround sound equipment but programmed the set.  Amazing job.
My husband and I are thoroughly impressed by this gentleman’s knowledge and professionalism. We also purchased a piece of equipment that allows us to operate all the equipment with one remote…even the equipment in the closet.  This is so fantastic that we would do it again in a minute. 
We called for a quote and within three days he was here and the work totally completed.  Due to an earlier job he ran a little late but called several hours prior to let us know that that job was going to take a little longer than originally expected.  We couldn't have ask for more than that.   We highly recommend this company.  Thank you again for a job well done.

Based on Angies List reviews, I contacted Connections Plus to install a TV antenna on my roof.  I recently cut my cable and contacted them because the radiant barrier in my attic wrecks havoc with the old antenna's signal in there.
After my initial contact with Connections Plus, I spoke with "Howie" who twice stated he would get back with me and did not. I decided to stop trying to gift my business to Connections Plus. I give Connections Plus a "F" grade in the categories for Overall, Responsiveness and Professionalism.  The other categories did not apply.
Makes you wonder why companies promise to get back to you and simply don't.  If either the initial or follow-up contact {which I initiated} resulted in a, "at this time,  we can't do the job you want" I would have be been happy to move on quietly; I wasted almost a week on them.

They are prompt with their work. They did it in one day and it was quite satisfactory. They came back and fix the camera when we had a problem with it. They are very competent and professional. They knew what they were doing. They were very neat in the way they did things. They did everything very well.

Howie installed our home theater component system in 2006 and it has worked exceedingly well since then. Recently HBO and others have made changes to their systems that are not compatible with the first-generation plasma TV we have. Howie and crew paid us a visit and quickly found the problem and righted it. They also found that the DirecTV equipment was improperly installed by the DirecTV folks and corrected that as well. In the process we are now able to do much more with our system than we knew was possible.
These guys are truly professionals. They rapidly identified all of the issues, clearly explained these and the options for addressing them and then proceeded to correct all of them in record time. Thanks to Connections Plus we have enjoyed the past 7 years of a first-class entertainment center. Any time we have had a question they were quick to respond with the answer needed. You simply cannot find a better crew for your entertainment system needs!
