We were hit by a big hailstorm. We called them and they sent someone out first thing in the morning to put tarps on our roof. They returned a few days later and did the repairs. They were clean, well spoken, did the work quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Great job, we would highly recommend their services.

Contractor promised all repairs and work scheduled in a timely manner from start to finish. Contractor sent employees to repair house more than 2 hours early on their first day, men then decided to sleep in my backyard untill their manager arrived on-site. Men started what work they could because manager did not have all supplies they needed. Only one employee worked at a time making repairs to the house very slow. Many calls and texts to the contractor on the work of his employees went unanswered. Owner had to ask employees what they were doing at every turn because it was not what was asked. Employees spent much time sitting and talking instead of working because they could not get a hold of their manager to finish the work with the supplies and direction they needed. Employees took two weeks to finish what could have been accomplished in one week. Employees did not finish the work that was promised by the contractor which lent to many more phone calls and texts by the owner to the Contractor which were not immediately returned. Contractor sent another employee to collect the final payment of work that wasn't completely finished. Did not communicate with the owner of the property on this matter other than to explain that Contractor needed his money. Only after Owner explained to the Contractor that they would ultimately have to hire an attorney if the work was not completed, since contractor demanded money without finishing work... did the Contractor finally comply and sent another employee over to complete. Total final work needed to be completed for a finished job at that point was 30 minutes. Overall, Contractor failed to effectively communicate with owner and did not finish the job properly or timely as promised from the beginning and according to the contract.
