We called on Sunday, there was a little confusion as to when they could schedule us.  They were able to service our broken AC unit  Monday morning.  They arrived 20 minutes earlier than their estimate and replaced our broken AC unit with a new one within a couple of hours.  We would definitely use their services again.

We called at about 4pm on a Friday afternoon when our heater quit working.  It would only come on for a short period of time, and it never blew warm air.  The owner's son was at our house in less than 30 minutes.  He put protectors on his shoes prior to entering the house, and he had a mat to place on the floor under the attic stairs.  The repair was complete less than an hour after the original phone call.

The compressor blew out and was diagnosed on a Saturday morn. Roger and his son came over Sunday morn, and replaced it in less than an hour. We have noticed how much better and prob more efficiently the new compressor performs. The Hamiltons were great. Professional, thorough and timely.

It was done quickly but thoroughly, and it has maintained excellent service since Installation. I will use them for any future service or maintainance inspections.

I have been using Air Hamilton for over 15 years for all of my HVAC needs, and will continue to do so. The company is fair, honest and completely reliable. Simply put, I will not use anyone else!

They're very nice folks and they did a really good work. They're decent people and I found them very reliable. I found them to take good care of their clients and they've always been fair and dependable. They're fine and on time. The one I dealt with was Roger and he's very conscientious about making sure that what we needed is what we got. They were also competitive than anybody else.He said he's going to be there at 16th and he was there.

They were fine.  They replaced it quickly and I never had problem since.  My interaction with them was positive.  It's all good.

It was a very good experience and the contractor was excellent. He was on time and very honest. One person told me that I needed something done and he looked at it and said, "You do not need that." So, he was very good. The people that had talked with us before had said, "Oh, you need to replace this unit," but he was up in the attic and he just replaced the drip pan and cleaned it out. He said, "That is it." It was like $120 or something instead of a major expense. I do not remember the cost of the service on the top of my head but it was not that much. It was just a couple of hundred dollars. I would definitely use him again in the future. I have not had any problems since they did the service. I would have actually used them more but I have a homeowner warranty and for some reason they are not listed on that homeowner warranty policy and so, unfortunately, I have not used them again recently. Those are on my rental properties but on my own personal property, I do not currently have a homeowner warranty and I have used them before too.
