Went fine for a while, but a couple of weeks later I was having the same problem. Hired another AC guy, he informed me that the unit was over charged and that the problem was that the insulation was blocking air flow in the unit. He stated ACME should have seen and addressed the issue.

My wife and I have been using ACME for over 15 years and are always pleased. To be fair, they may not always be the least expensive, but their work is top notch, they are not pushy, they provide options, and perform the work professionally and expeditiously. Ronnie and his son Dallas are friendly and great to work with.
In this particular case, the blower was making noise which seemed to be getting worse. ACME diagnosed the problem and provided an option for replacing the blower or replacing the furnace. We opted for the new furnace because of the age of our existing unit and its poor performance. The rest of our system had been replaced by ACME over the last couple of years (Coil, AC unit, pan, etc) so it made sense to invest.
They diagnosed on one day (Wednesday) and replace the unit the next morning. They also extended financing to us with absolutely no hassle since we were long time customers.
We are very happy with ACME and we recommend them whenever possible.

It was on a Sunday and everything that could go wrong did. I called him, he came down and replaced the unit. He gave me a choice about what we could do. It was either we replaced the unit or replace the part. There was no pressure and I was very impressed with that.
