Representative arrived on time, was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to verify my voltage, balance my fan, and consult me on several other questions I had with my new home. Total time of the visit was 1 hour.

Initial bid/call was to add a light fixture in kitchen and check our backyard outlet. We purchased the lights based on his advice when doing the bid. He came back as scheduled and installed. He checked the backyard outlet and repaired, also updated "something" in our electrical box because it was outdated at no charge (just parts). Our can lights had not worked for a long time, so he checked them while he was there, repaired one and told us they type of bulbs to get that would not overheat them. This was a HUGE relief for us because the last electrician told us we had to replace ALL the lights which was extremely expensive. We were very happy with the service and price.

He was very neat, on time and reasonably priced. I will definitely use him again for any electrical problems that come up. He did an excellent job.

Andrew responding quickly to our inquiry and provided clear accurate estimates, excellent suggestions as to alternate ways of addressing a problem and worked with us on the timing of when the work would be done. The charges were in line with the estimates and when some follow-up work was needed due to a change in our plans, he accommodated our need for a quick visit by having one of his other electricians come out since he was already on another job. That courtesy was most appreciated. We will look to him for any future electrical work we may need.

Andrew was very professional and polite. He had quoted me that he thought the job would take two hours. He did an excellent job and spent 3 1/2 hours installing the electrical and ceiling fan. He charged me only for the 2 hrs he quoted. I would recommend him highly.
