 + -1 moreEd Ballew asked all the right questions before he made the trip to our home. He arrived within 10 minutes of his estimated arrival time (none of that "between 8 and 12" stuff we all get so sick of) and had everything needed to complete the job in a timely manner, thus requiring only one trip to the house. He and his assistant were very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs, and would highly recommend them to anyone in this area.
Description of Work: Replaced a 7 year old 50 gal electric water heater that was leaking.

Description of Work: Thermo coupler in hot water heater went out. Prevented how water heater from lighting. Called Edwin Ballew Plumbing he came within 2 hours. Had to order the corredct parts, came back next morning had water heater fixed in record time. I have used him on numerous occasions over the past 6 years, he has always been professional, courteous, and very economical. Has never been over the estimates he has given. Top notch service and work!
