I called Ace Cowboy Moving in a panic. The moving company I had previously contracted with (not Ace Cowboy!) had not shown up at all and I had to get an eight piece bedroom set moved across north Austin that weekend. Steffany told me that they would come out the next day, but they had a job in San Antonio first, so she could not be sure of the time. I agreed that we would keep in touch by cell phone and I would drive to the condo where the stuff was stored when they arrived in Austin. Steffany kept me apprised of their progress throughout the day. We met up in the late afternoon, just hours before I had to have the furniture out. They saved my day! Honestly, I could not imagine how two people could move some of this furniture; it was so heavy. But they did it! They were fast and strong. I was very happy with how carefully they handled my furniture. And, as an added bonus, I got to meet one of their delightful daughters!
