Jon actually planned, installed rough in plumbing and then came back and did finish out on our new build. He did a fantastic job and went above and beyond on some special requests that we had ( i.e. pot filler, sink in laundry room, coffee area, etc. ). He also made great recommendations for products and best ways to accomplish our goals. We are very pleased with how everything has turned out!

We are so grateful for Jon and his help with my mom’s septic system. He has always been reliable and communicative. He arrived very quickly to help. He took extra time to explain everything to me, and made sure I understood the problem and how he had fixed it (after he had already explained it to my mom who has dementia and couldn’t repeat it to me) - I really appreciate that.

Bryar and John, the technicians who handled my bathroom plumbing needs, were exceptional. From the moment they arrived, they were punctual and displayed a genuinely kind demeanor. They were incredibly helpful and attentive, taking the time to understand and address all of my concerns. The issues in my bathroom were resolved in a timely manner, and I truly appreciated their professionalism in cleaning up after themselves once the work was complete. Furthermore, their services were reasonably priced, offering excellent value for the quality of work performed. We used Jon to do our plumbing repairs for years before we moved out of state. He was courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. He takes the time to answer questions and makes the customer his priority. Unlike some other plumbers, he wasn’t constantly trying to upsell. We wish Victory was local to us now!
