"Mr. Polizzi, I am so sorry we were not able to come to an agreement on what you are needing from your micro stone patio project. I did just want to clarify that on top of applying another top coat at no charge, we also offered to clean the very small bit of micro stone overspray on brick, awning, and electrical outlet but was turned down to do any of that because we would not agree to give you any money back. In my opinion, if we are offering to fix the issues you have complaints about."
