Devon was very thorough and explained all the issues with us. He spent about 3-4 hours going over every nook and cranny.

Devon did an incredible job uncovering several serious problems with the home that we did not recognize ourselves. The house was purchased by a house flipper and it had been gutted and completely remodeled. However, Devon was able to peal back so to speak the new work and uncover several serious problems with the home, including electrical, structural, A/C, roof and termite problems that our untrained eye did not see.
