I have been in the garage door business for about 10 years and started this business to provide the best quality service for a fair price. I the owner do all of the work myself to provide a personalize touch for every service. I have great customer services skills and will do my best to give you the best experience without haggle or over priced sales pitch. I specialize in all types of steel doors and use only the best garage door opener's (liftmaster)

I offer a wide verity of residential garage doors and openers. I use only one type of garage door opener and that would be the Liftmaster brand. I offer several types and brands of garage doors ex. Overhead brand, Mid-America brand, and CHI brand. I also offer insulated, and flush style sections. I used the best product i can find because i like doing the job once without having to return and fix things that don't need to be fixed., carriage style, non insulated

This is the second time I've used this company to repair my garage door to keep it going until I'm ready to replace. As usual, Billy is responsive, professional, the work done correctly, and the price always fair. Don't hesitate to use...I won't use anyone else now...

Billy was excellent. We called because we wanted to replace the garage door. The paint the builder had used was very faded, and the garage door was bowed from my husband accidentally closing the door while I was backing up. Billy offered options to avoid full replacement. He was confident he could straighten the door. We still opted to replace. I mentioned my husband really wanted a wood garage door, but I was pushing for steel insulated. I also didn't want to take on the added maintenance of wood. Billy had the perfect solution. A CHI Stamped Carriage House door with a wood accent finish. He researched prices and gave me a quote. Even drove back by with a second set of samples when the first quote was more than he anticipated so we had options. The garage door took a couple weeks to arrive. We setup an installation date. Billy called a few days before to see if a reschedule was possible because he was ill. We were happy to move the installation. Installation day, Billy gave me an ETA. He arrived promptly and the removal and installation went beautifully. We will have Billy back annually to maintain our investment in the house. I highly recommend Pitt Crew Garage Doors!

Called 3 companies for estimates and receive almost identical bids. Billy was the most helpful and down-to-earth on the phone, answered my questions, and didn't try to up-sell me. He was also available same day to do the repair. He showed up when he said he would, installed a new spring, inspected the garage door opener, and lubricated the rollers. My garage door runs more smoothly and quieter than before. I will definitely use PItt Crew again when the need arises!

Billy Pitt, owner of Pitt Crew Garage Doors, is a perfect example of the kind of person you hope will show up at your house when you need help. I had tried in vain to fix my garage door opener, watching countless YouTube videos and reading online material, and after more than a month I was in worse shape then when I started. l called him to describe the problem. Billy was at our house within one hour. An hour later he had not only fixed the problem but had installed a remote entry keypad outside our door. Service call, finding/fixing an obscure problem, and installing the keypad we wanted, all for well under $200. I don't know how anyone could hope for better service....prompt, knowledgeable, honest, and very reasonably priced. Five stars.

Billy returned my call within 5 minutes and was at our house within the hour. He was able to fix it, quickly, and he made a few suggestions to prevent further problems. The price was MORE than reasonable, and he was super easy to work with. I'll absolutely be going to him in the future any time we need help with our garage doors.

Excellent business! Can't say enough good things about Billy. Spring broke on the door this morning. Found him on Angie's list, called, and he promptly came out. One of the two springs snapped. He replaced that and recommended doing the other as it was old/worn/rusty. Did routine maintenance to finish things out. Class A service, professionalism, price and workmanship. I'll definately use him again in the future and recommend him to all my friends.

Excellent. Billy was honest, knowledgeable and efficient. He sold me a product that would meet my needs -- without overselling. He removed the old garage door opener, installed the new one,and greased the rollers in about two hours. He hauled away the old one and left me with a new working model -- and no mess to clean up. He responded to my inquiry in less that 24 hours, and did the job the very next morning. I would highly recommend him

When a car drove into my garage door throwing it off track and bending it in the middle I needed a quick repair. I called Billy and he came right over. He had fixed the sprung cable, reinstalled the rollers inside the track and bent it back in place so it would open and close all in less than 30 minutes. I asked Billy what he would charge to install a new door and he gave me a great price and he didn't even charge me for fixing my broken door so I could get my car in and out. He was back a few days later with a new door. He was able to complete the installation in only a few hours. He also checked my door opener and discovered it had a worn gear and sprocket which he replaced at only the cost of the part itself. He then made adjustments to the chain drive motor settings to insure perfect operation. He did a thorough meticulous job at a great price. Thanks, Billy!
